Dear P-12 teachers, school leaders, community members and history stakeholders:
Thank you for your interest in the ACT HTA (Australian Capital Territory and region History Teachers’ Association).
We are a small but passionate and dedicated group of volunteers running the Association. We are teachers and school leaders from primary and high schools, colleges and a range of community institutions and local groups. We work together to provide a range of professional learning, resource sharing and strategic networking events for history educators. Our goal is to recognise the value of the subject and profession for all.
To join your ACT HTA simply complete one of the following –
Option 1. If you / your school / institution want to apply and pay with credit card or paypal go back to the main menu of our web site, click Membership, then choose the option that suits you and follow the steps.
Option 2. If you wish to transfer money from a bank account, go back to the mail menu of our web site, click Contact, then choose the ACT HTA Treasurer (Daniel) and state your full name, school and request for the very simple and easy 1 page application (takes only a few minutes to complete) for us to send to you.
Then use the BSB and account number on the form to pay your 12 month membership and submit your application (please clearly note in the transfer subject section your full name and where you are from). Email your completed form to the HTA Treasurer using the address provided, letting us know the money has been transferred so we can confirm and process.
We will add you to the exclusive email lists so you will be aware of everything going on, including members-only PL, networking and new resource launches, comand much, much more!
